COMBYAX TWIN T10-U8:

Flexible like a 3-axes machining center but productive like a 24.

Flexible cell extremely compact to produce details to work with 3-axes numerical control machining center which need 2 positioning.

Work space: 300x300 mm.

In the flexible cell there are 16 independent numerical control “machines”, which have a high productivity comparable to 24, thanks to very reduced downtime:

  • tool change time: null
  • piece change time nonexistent as there are independent stations both for the load and the unload.

The flexibility and the versatility of the machinery make it usable in different sectors such as: automotive, oil-hydraulics, etc.

In case of use of polycrystalline tools or natural diamond tools for light alloys it is possible to ask for the  hydrostatic sustenance option.

Extremely productive also thanks to the rotation of the table through Torque motor and position control by  Encoder.

The machine is equipped with probes to measure the external room temperature, and the temperature  inside the machine for the management of the thermoregulation, in order to increase the thermal stability of the machine.

The production island can be re-tooled in 60 minutes, thanks to the complete option of rapid re-tooling.
